Step 1- Discovery
During discovery phase we will start with an initial meeting during which we will gain an understanding of the client’s brand message. Together with the client, we will review their existing brand, determine where the client is today and where they want to be in the future, we will review both short as well as long term goals. We will then familiarize ourselves with client’s market and together we will evaluate the competitive landscape.
Step 2- Internal Research
With the knowledge gained through our discovery phase we will then spend time internally researching and evaluating the competition’s material as well as audit their visual assets.
Step 3- Strategy and Analysis
At the strategy and analysis phase we will then recommend a series of improvements to be made to the site. These will be presented to the client in form of a list of recommendations, a suggested wire frame of the information architecture for the homepage of the web site and site navigation structure.
Step 4- Implementation
We will assist the client in implementing the recommended and client approved improvements by managing the process using time tested and approved third party vendors.
